Need a quick, easy and delicious breakfast? This one fell together a few days ago when I needed a good mix of protein and healthy fat before leaving for a hectic day running errands, picking up kids and general craziness.
To make it all you need is
1 sausage patty
juice from 1/2 lime
salt and pepper to taste
Just fry up the sausage patty and egg in coconut oil or butter. While that’s cooking or right before it mash up the avocado with the lime juice and salt and pepper. When the sausage and egg are done layer the egg on top of the sausage and the avocado on top of the egg and eat that sucker! If you can’t do without bread you can always put it on a gluten-free English muffin.
You just ate a good dose of protein, healthy fat and a nice portion of Vitamin E and a host of other vitamins and minerals!
